McKenzie Valley Pump provided us with excellent service. We live in an older house and were concerned with possible bacteria in our water. Andrew West came out and installed a purification system. We were very pleased with the timely service, the friendliness and professionalism of Mr. West and the reasonable cost. I highly recommend McKenzie Valley Pump.

Mckenzie valley pump are life savers! We had a new well pump installed very badly and had nothing but issues with it since day one. Mckenzie had come highly recommended to us, we gave them a call and told ruby what had happened, she passed on the info to the owner Ted, who came to take a look for us. Ted did an initial report and some suggestions on how to fix the problem. Shortly after, our brand new well pump went out! We called mckenzie, they sent out a technician the next day to help get us water back. They found the issues and got the whole well pump replaced and up graded in one day. Our pump has been working perfectly since. We could not happier with their service. Professional and knowledgeable I will be passing on the recommendation to anyone who needs their well pump serviced! We could not be more appreciative of all their help.

Our 28 year old well pump stopped working a from two different  problems, so I called McKenzie Valley Pump and spoke to Ruby (she was very concerned and helpful!).  Within a few hours they had sent Andrew out to look at it.  He replaced one part to gave us a little water for a while, until we could replace our pump, that had a short deep inside the shaft. They scheduled to have the pump pulled & will be installing a new pump for us.
They we very quick & professional to deal with and I would recommend McKenzie Valley Pump to anyone in a heart beat!  I want to thank them for being a great company and a real asset to the residents of Lane County!

Working with McKenzie Valley Pump, from the first contact, through the completed project was a great experience. The day started without water. I called MVP. at 6 AM. Ted returned my call before 7 AM, and would send help. Several hours later Andrew arrived. He got right to it... and six hours later a new pump, pressure tank and my water was restored. I watched the entire process and asked many questions. Andrew answered each one and his workmanship was precise and exceptional. The previous plumbing was replaced with a clean concise... almost a work of art... set of new piping.
